We came in around 8 and our food only took a short amount a time with the upmost care!! He was very sweet and i asked him his name and kindly introduced himself (as he reminded me of my son) and i let him know i appreciated his customer service! “I live in another state but come to Longview frequently to see family. I had held dinners for family, 20-25 people, twice in the past 2 years at the only restaurant that I knew of with a private room. When my mom died recently I wanted to host a dinner for my family but wanted to find a nicer place. Someone suggested Jason’s. I wasn’t familiar with it and didn’t have time to check it out but decided to give it a try. All I can say is, I wish I had known about this place 2 years ago. Kayla, the manager I worked with was so helpful in helping me plan what to serve and setting up the time. The room was very private and comfortable. The waiter had everything in the room and ready to serve when we arrived. The chicken pasta primo was delicious. I was amazed at the amount of chicken in every bite. The salad and bread were great. There was more than enough for everyone with some left to take home. The price was very reasonable. I would without hesitation recommend this restaurant for any event for ease of planning, accommodation, food, service, and price.“

“WOW. There are zero words. But the employee I want to honor and recognize is Zoe Williams! She went above and beyond when it came to customer care. It was absolutely pouring down rain, I had zero umbrella stressing, and she took up upon herself to come outside and walked me, my son and my mom to our car and insisted we walk with her under her umbrella!! Her exact words were “I don’t want to the baby to get wet!” That young lady is caring, selfless and cared more about a strangers son than herself in that moment. “Zaxbys has become my kids favorite place to eat. We're there at least 3 times a week if it's their choice. My daughter and I love the Garlic Buffalo Blaze sauce and their Cherry Fanta is the best! Evan is by far the absolute cashier/server, he's so attentive, he knows us by name 🤭“
