“Had a wonderful experience as a to go order for my family but a young gentleman named Jay. He was friendly, accommodating, so sweet and absolutely friendly!!! We came in around 8 and our food only took a short amount a time with the upmost care!! He was very sweet and i asked him his name and kindly introduced himself (as he reminded me of my son) and i let him know i appreciated his customer service! Jay is a keep and his red fresh braids were on point!!! Will def be back to see him and the fresh food!! Yall go by there and say hello!!! You will see what my family saw this evening!!“

“Jason’s Deli has the best customer service! I have eaten at Jason’s Deli in Longview many times over the years and love the food. The food is consistently good with lots of choices. This week I contacted Jason Deli with a special request for an individual who was on a specific diet. I called and spoke with Kayla, the General Manager with the request, she called me back in a timely manner and help with my request. WOW, what customer service. My order was not a large order but I was treated like a very important customer. The entire staff was amazing to help me! I am now a loyal customer and appreciate the personal service. What a rare experience! Thank you for being amazing local business.“

“The food was awesome, just like always. But the service? ...not so good. I waited forever for a server, then forever for my drink, then forever for my salad. Lunch finally came, I ate, and then I waited and waited for the check. Finally, I left. The table looked a bit junky with the finished dishes.“

“WOW. There are zero words. But the employee I want to honor and recognize is Zoe Williams! She went above and beyond when it came to customer care. It was absolutely pouring down rain, I had zero umbrella stressing, and she took up upon herself to come outside and walked me, my son and my mom to our car and insisted we walk with her under her umbrella!! Her exact words were “I don’t want to the baby to get wet!” That young lady is caring, selfless and cared more about a strangers son than herself in that moment. She deserves employee of the month, maybe even the year because it meant more to me than she’ll ever know. Thank you Zoe, you really made a lasting impression on this mom!“

“Decent food, nicely prepared, children friendly and exceptional prices. Staff helpful but very busy dealing with the number of customers.

Parking: Large shopping center with several business nearby, so traffic is heavy & parking is sometimes limited near Chick-fil-A .
