Dave Portnoy watch out! NY style pizza has nothing on this East Texas gem!
Extraordinary place!!!! We have been going to Pietros for about 8 years. They have been amazing every time. Today i purchased two pizzas 🍕 on my way out i dropped one on the floor 😞 i was soo sad because it was for my husband the boys & our workers, they worked really hard the whole day. The owner came out & immediately told me they were making me a new pizza on top of that he didn’t let me pay for it. Pietros it’s the real deal. We love them, they love our kids specially our youngest son Gabe who is special needs. This is highly recommended 🙏❤😊 flavors & quality are fantastic. Vicky & family truly appreciate your hard work. 🙏

I would not recommend eating here. The staff here are very rude. They won’t even acknowledge you when you come in the door and then you have to clean your own table off and sit and wait and they walk right past. You won’t even acknowledge that you’re here and say, can I take your order? We stood at the counter, asking someone to help. No one would respond to us so we walked out.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is the alfredo and chicken parm. The chicken parm tasted like a giant chicken nugget. The alfredo tastes like gravy. Salad is good. Pizza is good. Garlic bread is good. But when an Italian place doesn't do an alfredo justice. It hurts my heart. I almost took it personally. Especially with the pricing. I spent $35 for salad, pasta, and 1 pizza slice. Although the slice was huge and I got 2 breads with the meals. It's on me that I ordered a lot of food. But pricing was still high. For the quality. I also HATED that I couldn't add any veggies to my pasta and they don't have fresh mushrooms, only canned.

Easily the best pizza in town, without question. I lived in NYC for several years and Pietro’s serves real, authentic NYC-style pizza that I will drive clear across town for.

Guess my taste in pizza is different from all the others. Had excellent reviews so decided to try. Tired of frozen. While toppings were adequate, where was sauce. If there was sauce I couldn’t find it. Crust so hard felt like I was eating jerky or a dog chewy. Had no taste. On positive side, you could see toppings and were fresh, pizza not dripping oil as some national chains. But for price, extremely disappointing. Should have been a third of cost. This is why I rarely eat out, too overpriced for what you get and not very good. Won’t try again.
