“I made a really late order (around 10:08pm) on August 2. Let me say, I’m very picky about pizza as it’s my favorite food. My order from the Longview, TX (Gilmer road) location was sooo good that I actually think it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. I called the next day to find out who the cook was…his name is Evan. He did a superb job. The pizza was hot and fresh with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. I will definitely be visiting this location again and asking for Evan to cook my food!“
