“I recently ordered a pizza from the new Pizza Hut on University Blvd. It was the best pizza I have had from Pizza Hut in a very long time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and was completely covered with a generous amount of toppings. It reminded me of pizza that my family would get at the original Pizza Hut on Beckham when I was a child.“
“As long as this Pizza Hut is managed by Mrs. Cathy Taylor, it's going to be consistently rated highest. She knows how to make the best pizzas, and anyone who trains under her will learn what they need to someday run their own franchise. The pizzas are, of course, delicious, and all the ingredients are quality, but it's the people who make the difference; other Pizza Huts get the same ingredients, yet as is evident not all are as well-made at these locations. Again, the difference is people: you have to have the best ones. The best want to work for and learn from the best, and that's Cathy Taylor. Read this and believe, Hwy 64 and 7925 S Broadway are the top two Pizza Huts in town.“
“It's my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I've never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It's kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you're not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you're visiting here during rush and dinner hours.“
“Our company placed an extra large order, and both the management and service team were very accommodating. The pizzas were ready on time, and they even helped load the vehicle upon arrival. Excellent customer service from April, Tina, and Erica! Thank you so much for all of your help. No one out pizzas this hut.“
