“Had a wonderful experience as a to go order for my family but a young gentleman named Jay. He was friendly, accommodating, so sweet and absolutely friendly!!! We came in around 8 and our food only took a short amount a time with the upmost care!! He was very sweet and i asked him his name and kindly introduced himself (as he reminded me of my son) and i let him know i appreciated his customer service! Jay is a keep and his red fresh braids were on point!!! Will def be back to see him and the fresh food!! Yall go by there and say hello!!! You will see what my family saw this evening!!“

“The food was awesome, just like always. But the service? ...not so good. I waited forever for a server, then forever for my drink, then forever for my salad. Lunch finally came, I ate, and then I waited and waited for the check. Finally, I left. The table looked a bit junky with the finished dishes.“

“I have never in my life had a bad experience at McAlister’s, I typically eat here at least once a week! Don’t even get me started on the sweet tea( literally the best drink known to man) you won’t catch me with out a tea pass! And starting this year I will always have a tea on me!!“

“This place was a great place to eat by far one of the better places in Longview. This is definitely a place that a lot of people don’t look at, but it’s a great tasting place. Great on their Chilaquiles and their chimichangas very home feeling environment.“

“Decent food, nicely prepared, children friendly and exceptional prices. Staff helpful but very busy dealing with the number of customers.
Kid-friendliness: Service excellent ! Some items primarily geared towards adult's menus.
Parking: Large shopping center with several business nearby, so traffic is heavy & parking is sometimes limited near Chick-fil-A .

“Went here to try it for the first time for my birthday. Angel and her team were excellent!! The food was amazing, my 8 year old son even said they were the best tenders he has ever had, and I have to agree!! Will definitely be coming back whenever I am craving tenders.“
