I waited in line for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. I get to the window, and they can't figure out how to get my card to work. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked for my card back. I had to ask twice and just got a rude blank stare and my card back. I used my card a little earlier and after, so I know the issue was on their end. There was no apology, no smoothie, just wasted time. I love their smoothies and frequent here, but I'm big on customer service. They just lost my business for good.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Karson there is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. You need to get better workers and teach them to have more respect towards their customers. They have lost a customer because of it here!

The internet states this location close at 10:00pm, I arrived at 9:30 the door is locked and they are cleaning up. I usually don't have problems with this location but if you close at 9 then update hours online!
When I first started going to smoothie king the amount that they packed in the açaí bowels were actually worth the price but recently they only fill it up half way, at this point I don’t think it’s worth the money I spend for it. Anyone who doesn't want to waste their money shouldn’t go here. I told the employee who serve the açaí bowl that I wanted a refund or for him to remake it politely and he did not acknowledge me, the employees there are always low staffed and very unprofessional. The first two are the ones I have purchased recently, second and third are the ones when i first started going to smoothie king

This is the slowest drive through in Longview. 3 cars ahead of you? Plan on being in line at least 20 minutes. I keep going back because I love their smoothies and smoothie bowls, but that’s crazy slow for a drive through. I go fairly often and it’s always different people, so I guess they have a high turnover. Maybe people don’t stay long enough to get efficient.

It’s vital that I know how many grams of protein I’m getting in my smoothie. When I asked, the girl said I don’t know. I would have appreciated her taking the time to go find out for me. Smoothies taste great, but the workers should either know or find out if someone asks questions about a drink.
