I’m sooo disappointed. I ordered two acai bowls and they gave me liquid acai.. No form to the bowl and they didn’t give me much in the bowl at all. $23 for a not even full bowl of liquidy acai. I can’t even come back to this location because that was a complete waste of money. These bowls are too pricey to not be done the right way.

I waited in line for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. I get to the window, and they can't figure out how to get my card to work. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked for my card back. I had to ask twice and just got a rude blank stare and my card back. I used my card a little earlier and after, so I know the issue was on their end. There was no apology, no smoothie, just wasted time. I love their smoothies and frequent here, but I'm big on customer service. They just lost my business for good.
They make the best smoothies and if you order ahead it is usually always ready by the time you get there!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Karson there is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. You need to get better workers and teach them to have more respect towards their customers. They have lost a customer because of it here!
