Pull up to drive thru order 2 strawberry sundae's. Total comes to 5.70 I give them $7. I said keep the change it's a tip. This is what I get and when I asked if they ran out of ice cream they laughed and said our boss said it's supposed to be like this. Yet boss would not come to window. I try to call, phone number disconnected. Absolutely horrible service. Wish I'd never tipped them. I will not be back. The owners will be notified.

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and I got a cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. That is not what I wanted. Ordering at Sonic used to be easy but they had to go and change up their menu and now I cannot seem to get a decent burger made the way I want it. This is the third time that this kind of thing has happened at a sonic. I don't think I'll be going back.

You take a Sonic and add an indoor seating area and what do you get? A less than stellar dine-in experience. Everything else is normal Sonic, which is hit/miss

Walk in order last night 1-9-24 I ordered a double Cheeseburger. Was handed to me in less then 30 seconds. Burger was cold as in the patties had been sitting. I took it home took it apart and stuck it in the microwave to get the cheese to melt. Just bad. Next time guys pitch the old cold meat and cook up some

I asked for extra additives for my ice cream concoction because my experience at Sonic over the last 20 years is you don't get much Reese's Pieces, Reese's Cup or Oreos or whatever it is you ask for with the ice cream. I got quadruple at least. Just silliness.
