Very polite and helpful staff. Great wheelchair- and highchair- accessible tables. Got a gift card no problem.

I only go to Sonic for the drinks. I think the food sucks

Sonic Drive-In is a mixed bag, with some customers experiencing slow service and long wait times due to an intercom that doesn't work properly, while others are pleasantly surprised by the quick and attentive service. The food is generally praised as being tasty, including the best d4m chicken sandwich, though some find the smashburger and fries do not taste very good. The manager seems to be actively engaged in ensuring a positive customer experience, and the staff and employees are very professional and courteous. However, the amount of additional toppings provided with ice cream orders can be inconsistent, and napkins are often not included.
