Teriyaki Madness Reviews
I eat here at least once a week and have yet to ever have bad service and my order is always prepared swiftly and correct! extra compliment to the sweet gal with the face tattoo that works the register. She's always so friendly and welcoming to everyone that comes in! That kind of great energy is hard to find nowadays!
I ordered a regular chicken bowl with noodles for my granddaughter who lives in Gladewater. Picked it up and took her home. Meal was extra spicy, super hot and threw it away. She was upset. This is BS. Can't get a simple order correct. They were not busy, just a bunch of kids working who don't care. They suck
Went to Teriyaki Madness the other day. The spicy chicken and veggies were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. It was quick and affordable. Lauren, the manager, took the time to say hi and make sure everything was great. Recommend for dinner or a lunch spot. Will be back again soon!

Teriyaki Madness is a popular spot for a tasty and filling meal. It offers good-sized portions and friendly staff, making it a healthy alternative to other similar restaurants. The Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with fried rice is a favorite, featuring flavorful chicken and well-cooked vegetables. Customers like the option to customize their combo meals, which can include sides like an egg roll or edamame. The food is generally very good, with some noting that the salmon had a nice sear without a fishy flavor. The menu also includes noodles, which are highly praised for their taste. While prices may be a bit higher, the quality of the food makes it worth it. There are options for loyalty discounts and unlimited drink refills. Some visitors mention that meals can cause bloating, but overall, Teriyaki Madness is worth visiting, even if it’s a bit of a drive. The staff, including the cashier Daniella, are quick and helpful, adding to a positive experience.
