Something major has changed at this location.Attention to detail has fall into non-existent status. It's as if I have to be the drive through clerk myself and go over my receipt line by line to make sure I get all of my food. These people died, don't pay attention at all!! I can tell. There's no manager on duty because calling the store, it goes nowhere. This time, no one answers the phone This is Terrible service, Wendy's, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

Ordered online and even ordered extra BBQ and ketchup packets, got to my hotel and not one single packet or crackers that come with chili, I threw it all away, tried to chat and call customer service, which neither worked, what a joke, I'd recommend checking your food and bag before leaving the business, on top of this, food was cold to the touch. Sad...
