We ordered online for pickup, and when we arrived, we specifically asked if everything was included. The employee assured us it was. Once we got home, we realized the fries were missing. We called to let them know, and their response was completely careless: no real apology, no offer of a refund, nothing. All they said was to come back and pick up the fries—as if it was our job to go back for something they forgot.
Very poor customer service, zero accountability, and no effort to make things right. We will not be returning to this Wingstop.

OMG!! Came in from Louisiana and this is hands down the best Wingstop I've ever had! Food was fresh and so delicious!!! Whoever was working in that kitchen deserves a raise for real lol. Customer service was also fast & great as well! Will definitely return to this location again and again.

Horrible customer service by Daniela. Too many young rude and disrespectful kids. When told order was wrong and I was not waiting another 40-45 minutes I was just told to have a good day. When asked for manager information there was refusal. When preceding to ask another person Daniela responded Jose.

I got the Korean Q flavored wings and the garlic parm as well, both were super dry but somewhat edible. My friend however was not so fortunate, bro got the mild wings and holy heck, they were something else (in a bad way). They tasted like if you were to wipe your kitchen floors with pinesole chemical wash then use it as a wing flavor. I am just going to say, what ever they used on those in those wings were not on the Periodic Table of Elements. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I got the Louisiana Rub and lemon pepper. Lemon pepper was good but the Louisiana rub was kinda cheeks. I tried my friends mild, and holy hell. If hand sanitizer was pumped into the flavor, I wouldn’t be shocked. If someone held me at gunpoint and forced me to eat it, I wouldn’t. If “WalMart bathroom floor” was a flavor, it was captured in this rub. It was terrible. But i will say the Lemon Pepper was tasty. Workers were chill, and it came out fast considering it’s a wingstop. I don’t even hate WingStop, it’s not personal, i just don’t know what happened.

I got an order for carry out. 10 wing combo. I ate 3 wings feeling like something was off and bit into the 4th wing and it was rancid. They served me expired chicken. I got food poisoning right before Thanksgiving. I called them hoping they wouldn't serve that to anyone else and the lady said she would refund my payment. Never got it. I will NEVER go back to that location. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I put in an online order. There was nothing on the app that stated they were having issues with their fryers. Had I known I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes after my order was ready to receive my food that was ordered ahead I would not have put in the order. Wingstop never stated anything online they should have PERIOD. When I asked for a refund, the Caucasian lady with red hair was rude (i didn’t get her name). She did not explain the situation that was going on until I asked why I had to wait over an hour total for my food. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:59 PM (Pictures are included) I waited until then to go in to get my food seeing as though they were busy, still not knowing what was going on. I just thought it was a normal Friday night traffic for Wingstop. After going in immediately getting to go to the counter, even though there was so many guests in the location only then that I know that I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes on top of the time I already waited for my food. This is very unprofessional. There was nothing offered in compensation for my wait time and when I asked for a refund, she was very rude about that also. If we are spending so much on your food and waiting our appropriate times customer service definitely needs to be better and communication when going through something that’s out of the companies control should be communicated to guess before they order on any site whether that is Wingstop, DoorDash, etc. or even in person.
When I asked if she could give a call for whenever the food is ready, she said they are really busy so no. There are 20 cars sitting in the parking lot because the restaurant was so crowded. To not offer a call whenever our food is ready when we went in at our scheduled time it’s crazy.
I ordered Cajun wings and they didn’t even season them. I had to go back in there and she just poured the seasoning on there. They’re supposed to be tossed. I will be calling management tomorrow.

Our chicken wings came pink as hell, and our fries were SOAKED in grease and everything was cold. Nothing was ever done about it and they’re now ignoring emails. Do NOT come here.
