“I don’t know who was on the grill today November 1st, 2024 at approximately 9pm, but thank you!! The veggies and the black pepper sirloin steak were cooked to perfection! Props to you, it was probably the best bowl I’ve had in a while from this location. Keep up the good work, because it doesn’t go unnoticed!“

“First time dining at Lotus Inn . The food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the hot and sour soup, and my partner ordered the triple crown. The service was great, and they do offer a kids' menus. This place is a hidden gem in Brownsville.
Kid-friendliness: Our server was great with kids. They offer kids menus and high chairs as well.“

“First time, craving Chinese and we’re around Brownsville area so I did my research found this place, first time good impression.
Generous amount of food, good flavor, variety of items/plates to choose from.
Service was good our waitress did good service, plus we had another waitress that wasn’t even ours & they were on top making sure we didn’t need anything. Will be going again.“

Update: having tried several Asian Buffet, some as far away as Pharr, I can comfortably say, this is one of the better ones. Plenty of shrimp and fish options. 8(?) ice cream flavors, and other desserts, plus a Mongolian grill and a deep frying station if you want your dumplings deep fried. Wait staff is quick to clear out used plates and refill your drinks, so I updated the Service from 4 to 5 stars.“

“First time here- ordered pepper beef and 7Heaven combination. Food was hot and tasty. Loved the Fried rice. Service was excellent. Place was clean. Only negative is the restaurant was too dark inside. I’m all for a nice ambiance but I couldn’t read the menu without holding it up against a window with sunlight. We’ll be back.“
