This poor review is only for the exterior of the building at 4020 82nd Street. I went thru the drive thru and there is trash on the grounds. The landscaping looks horrible and it makes me wonder what it looks like in the kitchen if they care that little about the exterior. Shame on you Arby's.

The young lady that's running that store. She did a fantastic job. Her and her cook were the only two working the entire store. That franchise owner should be ashamed. Two people working a big restaurant like that, and the lady at the front counter had to run both drive-thru and front counter. They need to get those poor people some help

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered 5 sandwiches. Was told to pull up and that there were 30 sandwiches ahead of me. There was no one behind me in the drive-thru. I had a question, but before I could ask it, a different employee opened the window and yelled at me to pull forward. She slammed the window. I still had a question and a third employee opened the window and told me to pull forward. I asked how long the wait would be behind the 30 sandwiches, and suddenly my food was available. She told me to take my food. At that point, I asked for my money back. They refused. I took the food and left. My order was wrong, of course. WILL NOT BE BACK.
