Every time I pass by a Braum's I have to stop for a scoop or two of their peppermint ice cream, not to be confused with mint choc chip. The peppermint is fantastic with small crushed up pieces of actual peppermint candy bits app throughout. You won't be disappointed. Also, and this is important these days, the prices are shockingly and pleasingly fair, or dare I even say, LOW.
A quick ice cream treat before bed. Service was fast and the ice cream was amazing!
Love Braums and have not been to the store since living in Amarillo prior to July 2000. Went to the Milwaukee location and was so pleased with the store cleanliness and assistance finding what I was looking for. Frozen yogurt was not completely frozen so it was easy to serve when I got home to my family

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a restaurant known for its burgers and ice cream treats. The burgers have been described as not the best but definitely enjoyable, particularly the spicy pimento bacon cheeseburger. The ice cream is said to be incredible in terms of taste and price. The store also offers a variety of products for sale. While the staff is reported to be friendly and helpful, there have been instances where they can be inattentive, leaving customers waiting. Customers have also praised the professional and helpful employees, especially during busy times, and the store's ability to deliver well-prepared breakfast sandwiches like sausage biscuits on time. The store is a popular spot for lunch, offering good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and very cold air conditioning on hot days. Overall, Braum's provides fresh, tasty food and affordable ice cream, making it a favorite for many in the area.
