Food is always good and consistent. But geez getting extra sauce from them is like asking for a kidney! And the manger (for the one on 82nd didn't get his name) was so irritated that I asked for extra sauce eventhough I told them several times that I would pay for it. He told me I only get 2 sauces for an 18 count, I got 2-18 counts, so he asked for my receipt. He looked at it studying it so hard like he was trying to solve a murder, then told me he would be back because...

Very friendly man at the window. Better experience than ever before. And they got my order correct the first time and did not have trouble hearing me on the speaker. Was much better.

Closest chicken express to my house but personally the best ONE!!!

Tonight the manager simply was super sweet and went above and beyond without question. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but all I can say was “thank you!”
