The atmosphere & food were great but the service was even better. Our waitress, Ariel, was one of the best we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back!
One of my favorite places in town to eat. Half price appetizers all week from 3-7. Excellent Mexican food.

Copper Caboose is a great Mexican American food restaurant. The atmosphere is great and comfortable to hang out in, with character and a pool table. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, never reheated. Meals like the nachos, fried pickles, enchilada plate, fried zucchini, and Fajitaladas are fantastic and satisfying. The pretzel brownie sundae is interestingly delicious. Mixed drinks are on point and not lacking liquor. The service is friendly, welcoming, and exceptional, with helpful staff and management. The place is clean. Highly recommend.
