All employees have always been professional and helpful. No complaints at all, however, there was a sales rep selling the Infinity PR Pro that changed a 5 star rating. I purchased it and when I got it home, one of the batteries wasn't working. It shows full charge but will not operate the massage device. I spoke with the rep and was told it couldn't happen. I always find what I need for the most part here. However, why do customers have to scan their stuff I'm not an employee here. Convenience ok, but pay me if I am going to scan my own items and still get no bags to put them in. Same goes for Sams Club who never has change for cash.

They saved my husband's well planned 40th over the hill birthday party for me yesterday at the last minute! I got humiliated by another bakery and Costco bakery came through for me in a pinch! Their cake is the best we've ever had! And we now know where we'll be ordering cakes from. Well done and thank you so much!
