We had the BEST experience at Einstein's today! The atmosphere was happy! The workers were super friendly and got along well with each other. Our food was out promptly and it was delicious! Our experience was excellent! Thanks again!
It was pretty good and met our needs at the time. We were leaving Lubbock early heading back to Dallas and wanted to grab a quick affordable breakfast with everyone before we left. Service was fine you order at a counter and the call you when the food is ready. This location seemed to have mostly drive through business that morning and parking is very limited.

I have visited this store periodically to buy bagels for the office. The customer service is marginal, at best. If they are out of something, it doesn't seem like they really care. I will try a different location next time and hope for better service.
