Just like I remember when I lived in SoCal back in 2017! 👍
The only thing different (and not a fan of) is the onion chunks in the salsa. There's too many, which makes it too strong for my taste.

Good food, my family enjoyed it. The owner called and made sure we recieved our delivery order , even though they were running behind due to high demand. We will order from them again.

El Pollo Loco is a new restaurant in Lubbock. The food is good, delicious, fresh, healthy, and clean. The service is amazing and friendly, and the staff takes good care of customers. The owner called to make sure a delivery order was received, even though they were running behind due to high demand. The salsa is not held back, and the avocado salsa is the best part. There are the best deals, and downloading the app gives coupons. The $5 meals are loved. The 3 Piece Leg & Thigh Combo Meal with sides of rice and mashed potatoes is okay, with chicken that tastes alright and pretty standard sides. One worker was incredibly rude and short with almost every customer, which was very unprofessional. An app order did not include any of the salsas that were added, which was very sad and disappointing. The chicken pieces are significantly smaller, and a wing was maybe two small bites. The meal was $13, comparable to other chicken places. The location is still working out some kinks.
