The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.
Fazoli’s has a Gluten free pasta but none of the tomato based sauces are gluten free. This makes no sense. Why is there any wheat in a marinara or meat sauce? So if you cannot do Alfredo sauce you are SOL.
Great customer service. Good Food.
