I have been eating there for almost two semesters and there are 3 workers that usually serve the Poke. One Chinese lady with fluffy face always does a good job, the Chinese men as well, but there is one other Japanese lady, that is not willing to help, doesn’t put fish like the others, and worse doesn’t listen for what you ask for. So basically get rid of the one that is not willing to work.
I love this place!! The food is awesome though some staff seem a bit standoffish or cold. Their boba is the best I’ve ever tasted.

I don’t really recommend the ramen as all have some time of pork or sausages but you may get the bento boxes

After going to a ramen bar in Lubbock that everyone raves about, I felt inclined to come write a review about this place because they know how to do ramen right here. The other place was super bland compared to the flavorful ramen/broth here. Being that this place is close to my office, I've stopped in several times and have never been let down. The yellow curry and poke bowls are both as equally awesome as the tonkotsu ramen. It's nice that I can stop in on a warm day...
