Love Jimmy’s Egg! Always good service and fresh delicious food.
We come here all the time but the manager has changed and the quality has gone way down!! FYI it’s Saturday and they ran out of sausage gravy and they no longer know how to make a club sandwich. Sausage patties were burnt beyond beef jerky. We don’t recognize anyone in here anymore and this was our Saturday spot every Saturday forever! Sad. But other spots in Lubbock offer weekend brunch. Time to find another spot.
Do not sleep on this place! The food was amazing, portions are super generous and the prices are great! Restaurant was super clean and probably some of the best service I’ve ever had in Lubbock. Bianca was awesome!!! We will definitely be back! Thanks y’all!!
