This place is HOPPIN'!! It has amazing, consistent food & personalized service. When we have a family outing for breakfast, we skip the other chains and go straight here. It's like a blast to the past with the welcoming atmosphere, coffee mugs and amazing service with personalized greeting. I don't think I've ever had a complaint while there. Great cooks really know how to deliver consistency!
Down side: if you go during peak times for breakfast or lunch, its going to be BUSY. Wait times can vary and the entrance is also an exit and gets pretty wild! Lol!

It’s fine. I’m lactose intolerant and they had no designated options or any milk alternatives, only 2% milk, which surprised me considering how prevalent food allergies and intolerances are. For that reason, we won’t return. We also got a mimosa but I’m not sure it even had alcohol in it.

When entering the store, we were not greeted for several minutes as the hostess was elsewhere in the not very busy store. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated and we had a party of 7 so that was nice. It was a clean and pleasant environment but the food wasn't good and most of the table didn't end up finishing their meals.

“Had a disappointing experience at Jimmy’s Egg. Called to place an order, was asked to hold, but instead of putting me on hold, they just set the phone down. When I went in just for waffles, it took more than 20 minutes, and no one apologized for the service( phone call-wait). The manager was very unhelpful. Definitely not the service I expected especially from the manager.
Found hair in 3/5 plates that were ordered. Server had a rude attitude to begin with. Won’t be eating here again

Half the restaurant is empty and my family waited 35 mins for our breakfast order. Idk what the problem is here, plz hire more cooks. No reason we should wait 35 mins for pancakes
