“Had a disappointing experience at Jimmy’s Egg. Called to place an order, was asked to hold, but instead of putting me on hold, they just set the phone down. When I went in just for waffles, it took more than 20 minutes, and no one apologized for the service( phone call-wait). The manager was very unhelpful. Definitely not the service I expected especially from the manager.

Really enjoyed our first time here. Prices are great, food was great and service was just right.
Music however was ALL over the place. Would rather just have country and volume turned down by 10%. Went from a Disney soundtrack to hardcore techno rap. No joke. As John Madden once said, "Dont fix what ain't broke." This is west Texas, country is and easy win out here.
