“I love my Brewed Awakening. It’s the perfect start to every morning. The staff are always so friendly and really make a point to try and remember you so you don’t feel like just another number walking through the door. We had a company holiday party last year and the space was perfect for us. I highly recommend dropping by for a morning or afternoon pick me up.“
“Overall they do a good job, but it's happened twice now where whoever takes my coffee order gets it wrong. I think it's because their music is way too loud they have a tough time hearing me. I asked for a black coffee and they gave me a latte.“

“Stopped by yesterday for a drink and Quincy took my order. Just wanted to brag on him because he had the best attitude, customer service and just so nice! He went over my order and add ons to make sure it was correct, smiled the entire time and handled multiple cars/orders by himself while his coworker was on break. Such a great experience. “This is by far the best one in Lubbock. They are fast and super nice. They actually know how to use the 2 line DT. What's crazy about it that this location isn't one the good side of town. I expected more from the one I usually go to since it is on the richer side. But I will definitely be going out of my way to work for this location rather than the one around the corner from me“

“HUGE shoutout to Dutch Bros for being, hands down, the greatest coffee company! We did our gender reveal there a while back and I messaged corporate to tell them how great the crew was how much we appreciated them making this moment so special for us. I got a response back congratulating us and asking for our address so they could send us something. That something turned out to be two custom baby onsies and bib along with a handwritten note and some stickers. They are such a thoughtful company that cares about their employees and customers. If you don't already support them, please consider it because they deserve it!“
