My Experience at 78th & Slide KFC. Placed online order and paid by credit card. Expected to pick up order at drive thru but was told to come inside. I had to drive around the neighborhood to get to the parking area since cars were parked waiting for orders. After waiting about 10 min I was told they were out of coleslaw, so with this and the excess time and trouble I asked if I could just cancel the order and was told it had to be done online. The service is so terrible! Waited 45 min for dine in( no one was inside except us at the time of ordering). The fountain drink area had no drinks turned on note ice! I had to wait 10 mins just to ask if I can get a drink from the back! Whe we got the food 45 mins later it was cold. Will not never be back to this location. If your in this area look for another chicken place bc this one is completely garbage. The lady seemed bothered when ordering. Just don’t waste your money...read full review
