Linda's Cafe is a hidden gem in a small shopping plaza. The staff, possibly sisters, are friendly and helpful. The balikbayan box and lunch specials are highly recommended, with excellent rice. The food is delicious, with the only drawback being slightly small portions. The service is top-notch, with all questions answered promptly. The interior is cozy and spacious. The chicken adobo is a standout, reminiscent of home-cooked meals, while the chicken curry could use a bit more seasoning. Despite missing out on the Lechon, this spot is a must-visit for healthy, tasty, and reasonably priced Guam/Filipino cuisine when passing through Lubbock.
