Being a trucker and passing through lubbock I wanted some local from guam/filipino food. Ordered chicken adobo and Chicken curry which both came with rice. The adobo was delicious and the taste was bringing me back some flavors of home. As for the curry its ok but needed more flavor. Delicious Philipino food! The lechon was crispy and flavorful. The chicken pancit was amazing and huge portion size for the price! Everyone was kind and the traditional Philipino recipes are spot on. Can't wait to go back and try more authentic food!
