Disappointed that you seem to be leaning more towards chicken than bbq. I stopped in here a while back and ordered the 3 meat plate one of the items being pulled pork. I stopped back through a week later and I order the same thing only to be told that you didn’t have pulled pork anymore and that you never had a 3 meat plate. When I know you did not the week before. I have several truck driver friends that stop at the Amarillo location inside the Toot n Totum at exit 75 and they all said the same thing well they had it last week. And this evening 8-8-25 I stop in here and order the stockpile by your menu it says it’s supposed to come with a drink and a side. Which is apparently a lie cause when I asked if it came with a drink and a side the girl said no. It’s getting to the point where I’m going to quit eating here if something doesn’t change. Hire people that know what the menu says or change the menu to show that you don’t get a side and a drink. I mean are you trying to go out of business? Because if you keep it up you’re going a great job.

We got the two meat two side platter. We had the turkey and brisket. Both meats were fatty almost inedible and no flavor. Beans and macaroni was okay. It didn’t come with a drink. I got a generic auto message from business. It’s to another customer online survey. So no, that doesn’t give me confidence that this company cares about our experience. Will not go back!!

The service was great. The store was very clean. The 1st time my husband & I went, everything was excellent.
We went a 2nd time with our daughter. My husband's 2 meat plate was amazing. My daughter & I both got the pulled pork baked potato. There wasn't a full scoop of pork put on my potato. My daughter's potato had a 1/3 of a scoop of pork.
I feel that the ladies should of gotten more pork from the back & made it right. For $13.95, that was kinda poor.

Been here 3 times before today, and it’s been really good. I always have enjoyed the bbq, and the atmosphere. My only issue is the serving line. I get how BBQ pit lines work, this one just is a little off to me. The guy who was serving us today was just covered in grease, everything he touched including his headset was getting grease on it. The cutting board I think had grease flowing off of it and onto the floor he was standing on. I’ve always seen most food handling being done with fresh clean gloves every different order, and at least scraping the block with a block scraper between order as well. But the food tasted great and the atmosphere was awesome.

3 people working no customers inside just me and one at drive thru and yet they had a hard time knowing what order went where.. 3 young people all on personal calls .. very unprofessional..okra was nasty..BBQ very dry.. definitely not what I expected..I don't recommend this place

Was disappointed with this location, compared to the other location. I felt cheated when I purchased the 2 meat plate. It contained only one slice of brisket, which was dry and hard and two ribs. Not much food for $18. The other Mitch's offer much more for your money.

We decided to give Mitches’s BBQ a try. Right away we noticed the simple, yet nice decor. A big plus for us, cleanliness. They were very clean. We were very happy with our selection. We ordered the tray selection with one meat and a side and drink. We had plenty of meat on our sandwiches, I ordered potato salad and my wife ordered green chili Mac n cheese. Both were delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable! We will go back.
Parking: They have plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: We are long past kids but I did notice the kids menu. They offered grill cheese sandwich, a beef sandwich or a link.
