When will they ever open back up? I have called corporate for 2 months and nobody cares.
What’s the deal with Panera bread on 98th in Lubbock these days? I feel like I'm in a game of "dining area roulette." For the past two months, it's been a coin toss whether or not the front doors will be unlocked when I schedule a meeting or go there for coffee.
I get it, things happen, maybe a baker overslept or someone forgot to set their alarm. But come on, eight weeks of this? It's starting to feel like I'm trying to catch a greased pig in the dark!

I said I wasn’t coming back here because it has been so bad in the past. But, decided to give them one more shot. Wish I hadn’t!! First off, we walk on the tile floor to get our drinks and the floor is so disgustingly sticky your shoes literally stick to the floor! Not just one spot, but the whole floor! Then my son ordered a half sandwich and soup, they spill his soup all over his sandwich. Soggy nasty!! I had soup and salad. My soup was lukewarm. $37 down the drain....read full review
