I still have yet to speak with the manager about my refund, I ordered online, the pizza had onions on it when I specifically customized it requesting none. I called the restaurant to get a refund and the employee advised me to call back when the manager is back. Its been a week. I have always enjoyed ordering from this location due to it being close my neighborhood. Never again.
over an hour to wait on pizza. super sweet driver said manager was taking care of the customers cause they were short staffed. Called manager as instructed, said I didnt follow the "late pizza policy" and that he set timer to 65 mins but my confirmation says 25. 🤔
