I have had negative experiences at this particular location twice this week. The car hop Nathaniel was extremely rude, and actually yelled derogatory comments at me as I was leaving the ordering terminal. Truely sad because I stop here everyday, and I like every other car hop I’ve encountered. #checkNathaniel
I went yesterday, ordered 2 wacky packs with grilled cheese fries and 2 Dr peppers. Order comes in two grilled cheese, one order of fries and one medium come. Called them told them and thatI had been charged. It was like pulling teeth, couldn't get them to understand and they didn't care. I finally took them go ahead and charged me for the small drink, mind you it was $.65. Hey it together Sonic, there was a time y'all could fill out order. Those days are gone.

Even with a steady stream of customers, the staff answers the speakers immediately and gets orders out within a couple of minutes. One carhop, Salma, delivers the majority of orders while also answering the speaker, and is kind and efficient. The food is always excellent, and the customer service is exceptional, with an employee named Joseph Santos providing perfect service with a smile.
However, the atmosphere could use some improvement, as some of the stalls don't work, and customers can't leave tips, which is not the fault of the employees.
