Worst location ever. Today was ridiculous. I ordered the same grilled cheese add one piece of ham. They first tried to charge me 4.00 for this. Never had that problem before. Then came and got the sandwich and then brought it back and told me they couldn’t do that, even though I’ve done it a dozen of times. They put my ham in a separate container and not on the sandwich, after they went back and forth with my sandwich in and out. How stupid. But thanks for a cold grill...read full review
ordered the french toast sticks with a large mocha iced coffee. gave the girl at drive thru 50.80 cause a 50 is all i had on me cash wise. she gave me 16.04 and didn't give me a receipt. when i go to explain what happened they REFUSED to make it right. all they said was "i can give you the same meal for free next time you come here" i explained AGAIN how a "free meal" doesn't make up for the drive thru person STEALING 30ish from me. they refuse to make it right. i told them what...read full review

Terrible Customer service. I went through the drive thru on 8/5 around 5:30p. Whoever took my order completely cut me off mid order and gave me my total. I had to pull around to the window and ask if I could finish my order. Then I placed the second part of my order and they still screwed up my order. They need to learn to listen, be patient even in peak hours. The morning crew is about the only good crew and they work with less people.
