Reviews for The Bent Nail
Came here on a whim when we had a hankering for barbecue and I'm so glad we did. Hubs and I split a three meat plate (with an extra side) and it was the perfect amount of food. Ribs and brisket were absolutely fantastic and turkey was very flavorful. Delicious mac and cheese, too (beans were sort of meh, but a squirt of sauce zazzed them up). Great sauce and a yummy yeast roll. Attentive service too! We'll be back.
The a few good thing a bout the bent nail, bunt ends where good and tender. The jalapeno sausage was very good. The beans about average. The service was good. Now the bad the cream corn was awful, the cream cheese was over board on flavor, the pork rib fatty. The corn was good. But you can buy an for ..40 cents, you have the pit going for the meats. The corn was 3.00 dollars. Good mark up.
