The Co-Op Bakery and Bistro Reviews
The Reuben sandwich was the best Reuben I’ve ever had! The bread was amazing and toasted to buttery perfection. The meat was chunky, smoked, and delicious. I paired it with the rosemary chips which were crunchy and enjoyable as well. We ordered to go and because everything was made very fresh, call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Either way, it was worth the wait and I will definitely be going back. Also, leave room for dessert because the display case is tantalizing.
Great little gem in Lubbock! We had a fantastic experience, great food, and a super friendly staff!
I had the co‐op bakery and bistro make 120 garlic knots for my wedding and they turned out absolutely incredible. everyone loved them and they even wrote heating instructions so that we knew exactly how to warm them up
Highly recommend for any of your catering needs!
