Really good on campus buffet. If you plan to eat healthy but also pack down the food then you're best bet is to stick to the salad bar here as well as the hot food bar (on the far right) where the staff generally serves baked fish, chicken, and vegetables of some form with rice, or potatoes. Also, brunch is the best time to head over to get the best of both worlds with waffles, cereal, pancakes, gator tots, and lunch foods as well. If you are at Texas Tech University and want to eat to your full with multiple choices and want to receive best service from some of the best people in Lubbock, TX USA Fresh Plate has it all. Simply wonderful!

A good restaurant for students. When I don't get breakfast in my house and I'm on campus, I prefer to go to this restaurant than buy something in the student union because we can eat whatever we want for approximately the same price (in this case was $11 in 2022).
