A while back I would recomend. Last 5 times that been ,there restrooms are horrible. The soda machines does not work at all . I ask for a Mgr they dont get you one. I informed them about the soda machines they dont try to fix it . The area for drinks is really dirty. It never was that way . It use to be my favorite place. This is an awesome place to be. Why has it changed so much. ? This is sad.
Love it here
so went to see Oppenheimer today (3 hours for anyone not aware) - movie cuts out 10 minutes in. technically difficulties - ugh but okay. mostly everyone stays and power? system? something fixed 40ish minutes later. so 2.5 hours in - the next scheduled screening starts. 2.5 hours into a 3 hour movie. at this point it’s like 4 hours of my one free day off. refund at the counter, leave. what the heck. no one? thought? oh we can’t start the movie again because of time? I spent 4 hours of my life and like $20+ at concession just to have a whole afternoon wasted and not even an attempt to like make the situation not suck? the people next to us came from hobbs. like I’m sure it’s way too late to see another movie AND have to sit through most of it just for the last 30? wild. I know I’m just venting but management ball dropped. love all the sweet counter people tho, thanks so much not y’all’s fault.
We just left Lubbock Premiere Cinema after watching Mario Brothers. We were walking to the truck when there were four cars that were chasing and SHOOTING at each other in the parking lot!! We hadn’t even made it in our truck yet. The theater said the SouthPlains Mall was responsible for security in the parking lot but no security guards were around at all! This is the second shooting that we have witnessed in the “mall” parking lot, one at the Restaurant Bubbas and this one tonight right outside the theater with people with babies in their arms running everywhere. The Mall and the theater know it’s a problem and they are responsible for inadequate security.
It was so fun had a grate night
Great place love it
Got here early saw it wasn’t cleaned so we waited and then came back in to a wrapper on my seat that I moved to the floor and gum and crumbs all over the seat. Cleaning crew was only in for 2 minutes before telling us we could sit now. Paid a ton to give this theatre a shot but we won’t be back after being super pleased with cleanliness at Tinseltown always.
Theater 4 is extremely loud. Came to watch a movie for Father’s Day and ended up leaving after the first 10 minutes cause we had to plug our ears as soon as the movie started. Way too loud.
Try buying tickets and couldnt get any info.. theater locked up and no one answers th phone.. tinseltown it is.. really wanted to try dbox
IMAX is the only decent audatorium they have, the others suffer from poor maintenance of either the projector, the speakers or both. only go if you plan on watching IMAX.

Do not watch movies in Theater 2! Went with a group of 8 and watched Nobody in theater 2. THE SOUND QUALITY WAS HORRENDOUS! My 2001 24inch Vizio has better sound quality than what we experienced. Totally unacceptable for how much we paid in tickets and refreshments!
Great place love it
Ok, so me and a buddy of mine went to go see the new movie "Nobody" and I had recently been to Tinseltown and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness so I decided to give Premiere another shot post-pandemic.
Great place and great reserved seating.
Terrible communication, ordered food didnt tell me that they didnt have condiments, told me to wait 30 min after my food was prepared , they really expected me to let me food get cold for 30 min waiting for condiments!! Guess that only makes sense to them .
