If you don't want people cutting other people in line please make sure that you have somebody out by the drive-thru when people pull in. There was no one in the Drive-Thru when we got there so if you online order we wouldn't know the customers pulling into the drive would not know that so we don't know if we're cutting anybody. it's definitely not professional to try to instigate an argument with a customer saying that they cut another customer when it's their job to direct traffic...read full review
