Uncle Julio's Lubbock offers good service and tasty food, though the noise level from the speakers can be a drawback. The personnel are amazing, very polite, attentive, and easy to talk to. The skirt steak fajitas are the best and the table guacamole is very good. The mushroom tacos were delicious as was the chili sauce for the chips. However, some dishes can be small and dry, and the ribs may not meet everyone’s expectations. The drinks are amazing, though the House Margarita was just okay. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly and attentive, quickly resolving any issues. Guests appreciate the overall experience, though some feel the portions and certain menu items could be better.
