Their brisket is a family favorite and they also offer a mouth-watering fish plate and other barbecue options like ribs, chopped beef, and sausage. The portions are large, the food is well-seasoned, and the prices are reasonably priced. Friendly people and good sauce make it an all-around great dining experience. The Kool-Aid was astonishing and the food was great. The sausage, ribs, and brisket are exceptional. The catfish is outstanding, crispy and flavorful and plenty of it. Chopped beef plate double potato salad for the win every time! Best prices on bbq since pre-COVID. Mr. Wiley is dedicated to the craft. His chopped beef is the closest thing you will get to some KCMO BBQ. This is a diamond in all this Lubbock dust. The chopped beef is a hot commodity. If you are looking to try something new, this is it. Call after lunch times to make sure they have any left.
