I didn’t eat here during this visit, but I had to leave a review because this was the first time I’ve ever seen a Subway inside a Walmart 😲🥖.

The store has been recently remodeled, and the updated Subway design really stands out. The green and yellow absolutely POP 💚💛 — I love it. It feels fresh, modern, and inviting.

The area looked clean and organized 👏, and it’s such a convenient option for shoppers who want to grab something quick without making another stop 🛒. Even though I didn’t order this time, it’s a great addition to the store and I’ll likely try it next visit.“

“Finally had some GOOD Indian food ! Had initially tasted their veg dishes when they catered for a friend's puja, and they did not let us down with their chicken dishes either at the dine-in ! Quick service and very tasty food-with spice levels just like we had requested! The appetizers- chicken mo-mos, chilli chicken, chicken lollipops were a big hit with kids and adults! And we were definitely NOT disappointed by the main course we ordered- butter chicken, paneer tikka, achari chicken, methi malai paneer, malai kofta - very tasty and a good quantity too! i usually complain that my throat hurts/i fall sick every time i eat indian outside (maybe becoz of the oil /specific spices).. but i haven't had any issues after eating here... going back soon to try out more!“

“We came for a wedding most recently. For those of you who do not already know this is a hotel, event venue and restaurant. The food and drinks are exceptional.

The bar I have been to more than a handful of times over the past decade. It is a rather small bar but it gets very busy towards the evening. One waitress did a fabulous job taking care of our group Friday (we were there for a wedding). A different waitress seemed tired and it was a struggle to order with her. The bartenders kept reminding her to take our order…

The wedding reception was held in the event space. It was very pretty. Our appetizers, drinks and dinner were all exceptionally tasty. The stuffed mushrooms were good and the bruschetta. My favorite item was the Brussels sprouts. They were perfect in. During the event all our servers were professional and kind. Attentive too. 10/10 for an event space.

I’ve also stayed at the hotel in two different rooms on different occasions. I had some difficulty getting the hot water to consistently stay warm while showering. This was five years ago when I stayed so hopefully it’s been fixed since then. The rooms are nice. However when I stayed in a larger room there were photos of people that felt creepy. Thankfully the smaller room I stayed in did not have paintings of people. It is a lovely place to stay if you want to be right off the square and easy good food a few steps away.“

“Growing up on German food I’ve long searched for a great restaurant in Dallas. My go to back home in Colorado Springs was @Edelweiss, and Bavarian Grill captures that same vibe, amazing food, fantastic service, and just makes me happy! 100% recommend! If you don’t go you’re missing out!“

“Attended a Christmas dinner recently with over 100 friends. Restaurant was clean, staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was served in a very timely manner and was very tasty. Will definitely be back and will tell others.“

“It was my first time there. I got my order to go. I let Manuel help me with my selections I wasn't disappointed and I could not eat at all. Nachos were phenomena I added chicken and it was so much chicken it's like wow l. The chicken enchiladas phenomenal. I bought two entrees, one for dinner. One for lunch for tomorrow but I had to sample the chicken enchiladas and I couldn't eat all the nachos I will be going back soon!!“

“We visited London Winery in McKinney for bingo night, and it was such a fun experience. The DJ was amazing and really made the event entertaining.
The winery has a beautiful atmosphere, and the sangria was good, although a little sweet. Unfortunately, the fig and hot honey flatbread was overwhelmingly sweet and wasn’t our favorite.
The only downside was the service. There isn’t table service, so you have to place your order at the counter, which wasn’t very convenient. Our table was also dirty when we arrived and took forever for them to clean after asked.“

“I’ve been coming here since last year when I was pregnant, coming here from Seattle it’s the BEST pho I’ve had since then. The closest thing to the pho I’ve gotten in Seattle. I can order the broth to take home too! I love coming here, it’s always so delicious. The service is always great, and I love that it’s quiet. “My friend and I took the challah baking class and had a great time! Not only did we get to braid the challah and form the bunnies as advertised, we also go to do dinner rolls and a twisted bread. Then we made our own dough to take home with us. Great class, highly recommended. The bread is delicious!“

“Had a great experience at Olive Garden. The service was quick and the food was tasty. There was a device on the table with some games, and I played the golf game once. I was surprised to see a game charge on my final bill, as I didn’t notice any clear warning or price before playing. It would be better if the charge was clearly shown before starting the game. Other than that, everything was great!“

“I have been here a few times for lunch food was always great and service was quick and friendly. I went last night to see a band. Man all I can say is wow. The outdoor band area is a great music venue. The band was awesome, the crowd had great energy. Was worried the service would be slow out there but they had plenty of help out there and everything was great. Outdoor area is open air but covered. They had plenty of fans and even heaters when it is cold. Will definitely be back in the future.“

“I’ve been coming to Golden Joy BBQ in Richardson for about five years now, and it still hits the spot whenever I’m craving proper Chinese BBQ and dim sum. The roasted pork and BBQ pork are consistently juicy with that nice caramelized edge, and the roasted duck is another standout—tender meat, flavorful skin, the kind of thing that makes you want to order extra to take home. They do a solid selection of dim sum too, so it’s easy to mix and match plates without overthinking it. Prices have stayed pretty reasonable the whole time I’ve been going, which is part of why I keep coming back instead of chasing the newer spots.
A lot of other regulars talk about the same things: the roasted meats are the real draw, the portions feel generous for the money, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive once you’re seated. I’ve always found the servers helpful and polite, even when the place gets busy. That said, this is a typical Chinese restaurant vibe—during peak lunch or weekend hours the wait can stretch a bit longer, and the parking lot fills up fast, so you might end up walking from farther away. Nothing surprising there, just something to plan for if you’re heading over at a busy time.The overall experience has stayed pretty steady for me over the years. Food comes out tasting authentic and satisfying, the atmosphere is casual and no-frills, and I leave full without feeling like I overspent. Some folks mention the interior has a bit of a lived-in look or that quality can vary on certain nights, but in my visits the classics have held up well. If you’re after solid Chinese BBQ—especially that roasted pork, BBQ pork, and duck—plus some dim sum on the side, this place delivers. I’d give it a strong recommendation and keep it on my regular rotation.“

But, that’s just fast food in general, and $20 here will get you considerably more food than spending the same $20 on a burger or chicken finger restaurant. Been going here for years and always fast and fresh, with generous portions.“
