“Tried Palio’s for the first time today since I was in the area and I’m so glad I did. I picked up lunch for myself and my wife. She ordered the chicken parmesan and I went with the chicken bacon ranch lunch special.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt nice. The place was very clean and the man behind the counter was very friendly and found my order right away. The portions were generous and as soon as we started eating, we both said the same thing: the food tasted fresh. Every ingredient in both dishes was flavorful, fresh, and prepared perfectly.

Both meals were absolutely delicious and we will 100% be eating here again. Strongly recommend this place!“

“Had a vacation with my friends and we flew into dallas on the way home and after a day of rough flights and delays- we wanted one thing and that was some pizza and wings. We googled pizza places and looked for some options and fell upon Zio Al’s. We called to place an order, paid over the phone and headed to the store. When we got to the store they couldn’t find the order- we quickly found out that someone called the wrong location to place their order. Feeling defeated, the manager was kind and helpful and still made our order at the location we were at. In a short 15 minutes we were given probably the best pizza i have ever eaten!! I spoke with the owner and the sauce recipe is a long-time family recipe. They don't use Sysco produce and bring in fresh to make everything they can from scratch. “We went today with 4 young kids and 4 adults. We were treated like royalty! Food was delicious, owner brought out a complimentary slice of chocolate cake for my 4 year old grandson and gave all the kids a quarter for the skittles machine. Our waiter was very polite and accommodating. Our lunch was so delicious and generous in portions. We have been fans of Napoli for years!“

The one thing that took me to the moon was the fact that they called us and thanked us for our order and said our food would be arriving soon. That went a long way with me. “We first discovered Donato's years ago in Ohio and were thrilled when we saw one opened in Allen.

It’s just as great as we remember. We ordered the thin crust 100-piece pepperoni cut in Donato’s unmistakable rectangles. So goood!

The food came out hot and fast.

Jay welcomed us and took terrific care of us. We will definitely be back.
