Just sat waiting after hitting the button for 10 minutes while we watches 3 employees laughing and playing in the kitchen. Great service, not.
Food is always fresh and hot. Service has been excellent.
This is our go to location in Lufkin. Frank street is closer to where we live but the service there is consistently sub par. There is a different, positive, attitude at this location. The items arrive as ordered and any mix up is handled promptly and with a good attitude. Maybe new Frank street employees and management could learn something at this location.
