“This place usually has good food. I only say usually because it's rare, but sometimes (since I always order late night) I get stale fries. Everything else is great. It's impossible to get always get fresh fries, and it's understandable if it does happen. In fact, I doubt majority of my visits were less than stellar. I do feel bad for doing 4 stars on the food though.“

“I went to DQ in Lumberton last night. My order took a little longer than expected. The manager noticed me waiting to the side and came to check on me. I gave her my receipt and she was upset I had been waiting 30 minutes. She immediately went to the back and checked on my order. The order was brought out hot and fresh and let’s just say she made it right. Everyone was working hard and sometimes things just happen. Lumberton DQ rocks. I’ll be back. Great customer service every time.“

“My family had Chicken Express for dinner last night. I ordered inside, a family meal to feed everyone in our house, and we were not disappointed! The chicken tenders were large, hot, and fresh, the rolls were amazing (they always are!), the sides were great, and the sweet tea was on point. Great, friendly customer service from Matt and Lucas.
