“Got a veggie delite on our road trip to South Padre Island. Small store but was very busy! Found parking easily - there are a few spots right outside the store. Subway was well made. The preparer was kind and welcoming. There was no option for vegetarian soup but the preparer added a few crackers to my order which was sweet!

“Very nice staff and very good bread. There was a weird guy standing at the desk just crossing his arms and staring at my grandma and I as I walked in, and hes been there twice now that I have went, it almost stops me from going but im sure hes just a local weirdo, very scary tho.”

“The lady at this bakery is very sweet. The pan dulce and cookies are alway great here. Nice and soft. Her brownies are so good!!! Depend on the day, selection can be limited sometimes. Prices are not bad at all. I got about a dozen and paid about 12 bucks for everything.
Parking is easy.

“Came in from Houston to visit family in Harlingen. Just so happened that we were in Raymondville putting flowers at my mother and sisters gravesite. Asked my sister what she was in the mood for . She said let’s try this place that mom and I use to go to..
Was blown away by the quality of the food and the atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was a young lady who was super friendly and had a smile that could light up a room. Definitely making this part of my Valley to do list every time”

“We had dinner there this afternoon. The chicken fried steak meals were delicious, but waiting about an hour for our food was not on the menu. Other tables received their meals before we did, even though their orders were placed well after ours. Hopefully, the service timing improves because the food itself was great!”

“Went on a Sunday. You get to choose two meats, 4 sides and 3 salads!!! Best home cooked meal I've had in a long time! If you love country cooking this is the place to visit! Portions were huge but that's ok because you're gonna want leftovers!!! Staff is friendly and customer service is excellent! Can't wait to go back!”

“We don't have Stars from where we are from, so it is a must stop when we are in Raymondville! I really do like it more than Sonic! Better menu, and the food at this location has always come out nice and hot. Service is fast. I know it's hot, and those poor girls bringing out the food are doing a good job. Tight location for trucks, but manageable. Make sure to try their desserts!”
