“Great Service ,Great ice cream Good service from young man with shoulder length black hair he said had we been helped and made the visit okay the 2 ladies in back could start with a hello and we will be with you in a minute but anyways There were 3 Hondo Sheriff vehicles outside and a long line in the drive thru so i told the family let's go inside and the 4 officers inside were the rudest country folks ive ever experienced A Hi how y'all doing would of been in order but dead stares like scary my family was all like what's wrong with them . I guess some officers don't have people skills . Nice place to get some road grub and dessert“

“We visited on 1/11/25 while visiting family. The coffee machine was down so Jackie asked if there was anything else she could get us. Substituted a soft pretzel. Had ordered a medium unsweetened tea. Let them know it was wrong. Brought us back a large unsweetened tea. We were not upset that the order was wrong just brought it to their attention. Both times they corrected the issue graciously without us asking for anything. This is our opinion of great customer service. We appreciate your Castorville Sonic. Thank you for your great customer service. Hi five Jackie. You are amazing.“

“This last time I went I only ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. Just one item. This place is very good about sending out items that are simple to make. This time though, I had to wait 5 minutes for my drink. It was barely 10 in the morning and there were only 2 cars at the drive thru and myself at the stall. When I called them to cancel my order because it had not been brought out to me. The person at the other end said the carhop was going out with my drink.I like this place because I don't have any problems with my service until now. But this won't stop me from going back and ordering again.“
