I put in a to go order on Tuesday, October 5 at 1:30 in the afternoon. The gentleman working took my order over the phone that was paid with a credit card. My infant started to incessantly cry in the car and I asked if they have curbside or can bring it out to the car. He said no. I hoped my infant would stop crying but she did not. RUDE manager, untrained staff, went in for ice tea @ 2 in the afternoon- they were out and I was told they only make it once a day. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A DRINK ANYWAY!! They said I had touched the cup, and one employee insisted that "I could find something to drink if I just looked again" They mocked the fact that I cant drink soda and didnt want their bottled water.
