The staff at this location needs lessons in customer service. The male working the counter was rude and rolled his eyes when I asked him if my order, which was placed 30 minutes ago, was ready (it was breadsticks). Then he never returned to the counter after “going to check” on our order. Rude and insulting. Horrible horrible service.
I called at 3:08 to pickup at 5pm.. 4 pizzas… the guy took my name and number said it’ll be ready… I show up at 4:50 they have no knowledge of my order… get it together.. wtf? Not to mention they let the phone ring for 20 minutes before answering… smh

Despite this, the service is distinguished from other pizza places, and a better manager has improved the experience, with orders taking only 10 minutes instead of 40.
