We've been in to eat but tonight we ordered thru Instacart who let's Uber Eats handle restaurant deliveries. Uber Eats and Instacart told us the order was delivered, which it was, TO THE WRONG HOUSE! They did not care! No refund! No redelivery! $75.70! Hector at Julio's handled this the BEST way a mgr should! He not only offered to remake our order AND deliver himself, he called the delivery service & helped us get a refund! We've always LOVED Julio's...
