Far from authentic. Maybe better for people who never had real Italian food and pizza. From NY and also of course, Italian. Ordered hand tossed since we had no clue it was a buffet until we walked in. Thin Crust Hand Tossed is very much a huge misleading term. Frozen Cracker Crust maybe. Definitely not made in house and hand tossed. Pizza came out absolutely drenched in oil, my pizza had NO Sauce and supposed to be Margherita. While I like the food, after my most recent interaction, I can state that is a mistake to believe them when they say they will credit you for a pizza if the delivery order is wrong. I frequently order a specialty pizza with an additional ingredient and it always a toss up whether or not that ingredient gets added.
