Xavier Catalan is the best worker there he payed for my chicken and gave me a fist bumb super nice guy would definitely go again he’s a little Mexican boy with a bad short haircut can’t miss him he says it’s a burst fade but it ain’t make sure you tell him to take off his hat to make sure it’s him make sure to also call him “Negan” or “Nomad” he prefers whichever nickname

Cashier had no clue of the concept of up grading my drink to xl. She charged for for 2 drinks. Kept saying the box meal comes with a large drink. I told her I wanted a xl drink. So she gave me 2 cups. I took the xl cup. She kept saying but it comes with a lg drink. I gave up.pd for 2 drinks.

I have ordered from this location via Uber Eats numerous times. I pay extra for a large lemonade, and even place a note on the order asking nicely to please make sure it is a large drink. The past 4 or 5 times now I end up with a regular size. So I called to talk to a manger just to let them be aware of the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything, just letting them know so hopefully it can be avoided in the future. The manager then tells me if I place my order through a third party such as Uber Eats or door dash, that’s it’s the driver that comes in and places my order. So the driver is the reason I am not getting my large drink. I find this EXTREMELY unlikely. I have managed in restaurants before that have used services such as Uber Eats or door dash, and a ticket prints out at the restaurant and then the food starts being made. I also have several friends to deliver for Uber Eats/door dash and they have NEVER gone in to place the order for the customer. They go in and pick up the order and deliver it.

Just own up to the mistake and apologize for wrong drink size and say it’s something y’all will work on. Instead of lying to me and making up a ludicrous story like that.
