I don't really like leaving bad reviews but I was very disappointed with the food I ordered today. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because the girl who greeted me and gave me my order was very nice. This is the first time I ordered from this location. I usually order the same thing every time, so I know how it should taste. The wings were undercooked and had more oil than seasoning. The food is ok BUT takes forever. It don't matter how in advance you order online. You get there and they always tell you about 15-20 minutes longer. There seems to be enough employees. Just be patient I guess.....

At 7 PM I was told it would be about 8 mins for my daughter and I's order. 6 pc combo and 8 piece combo boneless. It's 7:20 and we're still waiting. While waiting at a table with out drinks I heard a lady working telling the other workers they needed x amount of wings for a Togo.
